Method, cost, packaging and timing are confirmed before dispatch. Large or framed works may require specialist transport.
2. 14-day withdrawal
Consumers may send an unequivocal withdrawal notice within the applicable legal period, including by email. Commissioned or personalised works may be exempt where the law provides.
